The UNILIFT Hoist

One hoist.
Unlimited height.

An electric wire-rope traction hoist for man-riding and material lifting. Its α-shaped rope path lets the rope pass through the machine, so lift height is limited only by the rope you deploy.

  • Man-riding certified Designed and certified to EN 1808 for lifting people, with safety devices built in.
  • 1,500 to 2,200 lbs WLL Three models, one platform. Single or three-phase, 208 V / 60 Hz.
  • Integrated OSLA brake Independent overspeed safety lock, factory-fitted. The hoist cannot run without it.

When the load reaches or exceeds the limit, the hoist stops rising and will only descend. Trips at 125% WLL.

Certification & US market

Yes. It's UL 1323 listed and CSA Z271 certified, built to EN 1808:2015 and EN 60204-1. Certificates available on request.
Yes, it's certified to EN 1808 for man-riding. Overload protection, dual braking, the OSLA overspeed lock and manual lowering are all built in as standard.
OSHA compliance for suspended work is site-based: it comes down to your rigging, anchorage, inspections and an independent fall-arrest system per worker. The UNILIFT is the certified hoist inside that setup, and we supply the load ratings and documentation your competent person needs. Ask our engineers about your specific application.

Specification & fit

Single-phase (UNI70A-S, 2 hp / 12 A) if that's the only power on site. Three-phase (UNI70A-T and UNI100A-T, 3 hp / 9 A) otherwise. The two UNI70A models lift the same load; the UNI100A steps up to 2,200 lbs.
Effectively unlimited. The rope passes through the hoist instead of winding onto a drum, so height depends only on the rope you run, not the machine. Reels go from 328 to 1,312 ft.
159 lbs, 11.8 in wide by 30.2 in tall. Compact enough for a small crew to position, with an IP55 aluminium housing for exposed sites.

Safety

The OSLA secondary brake grips the rope and stops the fall automatically. It's fully mechanical, needs no power, and the hoist won't run without it.
The manual lowering mechanism brings the platform down by hand, safely and speed-limited. Nobody gets stranded.
No. Only FAS-authorised 3/8 in. steel rope (16,200 lbf breaking force). We supply certified rope with every hoist.

Both are confirmed with your quote, based on configuration and quantity. Send us your timeline and we'll come back with dates.
Yes. Service is every 100 hours or annually, with a 500-hour overhaul. A built-in hour-meter tracks runtime, we train your crew for free, and we supply original parts.
